Claire has started smiling - intentionally! It's the best thing ever when we are talking to her and she busts out a huge laughing-type smile! Just for us! WE LOVE IT!!!!! It makes all those sleepless nights seem like nothing.
Also, Claire goes tomorrow to Duke for a cardiology check up and an ultrasound of her liver. Please keep her in your prayers that all goes great tomorrow and that her heart and liver look good. We may not know the results from the US tomorrow, but hopefully soon.

Gotta love those first smiles. They melt your heart daily and it does make the sleepless times easier. Praying for a great checkup and a smile for Aunt Sarah soon!! :)
